What we want to understand

AI use in practice, not just adoption on paper.

The survey focuses on the realities behind everyday AI use: the time involved, the rules around it and what organisations need next.

01 · TIME

Is AI actually saving time?

We want to understand the full workflow, including the time spent checking, correcting and refining AI output before it can be used.

02 · PRACTICE

How does day-to-day use compare with workplace rules?

The survey explores how AI is being used in practice and how that compares with policies, guidance and expectations inside organisations.

03 · SUPPORT

What would make AI more useful?

Whether you use AI regularly, tried it and stopped, or have not found a reason to start, your experience helps identify where support is needed.

Who should take part?

Any organisation operating in Northern Ireland.

The questionnaire is intended for owners, managers or colleagues who have an overview of how their organisation works. No technical expertise is required.
