CRM integration services

CRM integration services. Stop customer data living in separate systems.

When sales, customer and operational data moves between systems by spreadsheet, manual entry or an unreliable connector, Galvia can help map the workflow and build a CRM integration that fits the business rules around it.

Tell us which CRM you use, what needs to connect to it and where the current workflow breaks down. You do not need a finished integration specification.

When to bring us in

When the CRM is only one version of the customer.

The technical connection is only part of the job. Fields, identifiers, ownership and timing rules need to be understood before another connector is added.

01 / DOUBLE ENTRY

Staff rekey the same customer or order information into more than one system.

Manual copying adds delay and makes it difficult to know which system owns the current record.

02 / CRM AND OPERATIONS DISAGREE

Sales sees one version of the customer and operations sees another.

Fields, identifiers, timing and ownership rules need to be agreed before another connector is added.

03 / STANDARD CONNECTOR FALLS SHORT

The CRM plugin covers basic fields but not your actual workflow.

Custom rules, approvals, older systems or unusual data relationships can justify a tailored integration, but only after checking what the standard tools already support.

How we start

Map the workflow before choosing the connector.

We start by identifying where records begin, what each system owns and what should happen when information changes. That lets us use standard connectors where they genuinely fit and custom engineering where the workflow needs more.

  1. 01

    Map the customer-data workflow

Identify where records begin, which system owns each field and what needs to happen when information changes.

  2. 02

Check the CRM and destination interfaces

Review available APIs, permissions, limits and existing connectors before choosing the technical route.

  3. 03

Build and test the operating rules

Implement mapping, validation, failure handling and monitoring, then document the integration and ownership after launch.

What happens after the enquiry? The initial conversation is not a full technical audit. Repository access, detailed investigation and implementation are scoped separately.

Published project examples

Published integration work around data, products and existing systems.

Galvia does not currently publish a CRM-specific case study, so these examples are deliberately presented as related integration engineering rather than CRM claims.

McFarland Consulting / connected data

Different device data brought into one usable platform.

Galvia connected monitoring devices, normalised their readings and delivered the information through a shared cloud platform.

Stimare / product integration

Developer-facing software built around existing hardware.

Galvia created a shared mobile SDK, demo application and supporting documentation for barcode-scanner integration across Android and iOS.

The people behind the work

Talk to the people
behind the work.

Galvia is a Belfast software development team. We work alongside your people, explain the trade-offs and document what we build so the result can be understood and maintained.

You can get to know the team and how we approach a project before sharing your brief.

How Martin approaches a project

What the work can involve

CRM integration services around the workflow you actually run.

The aim is not to synchronise everything with everything. A maintainable integration makes ownership, triggers, mappings and failure behaviour clear for the systems that genuinely need to exchange information.

CRM to ERP and operational systems

Connect customer, account, order or status information where CRM and operational software need to cooperate. We define which system owns each field before building synchronisation rules.

Website and lead-flow integration

Move relevant enquiries or customer actions into the CRM without relying on repeated manual entry. The integration can include mapping, validation and visibility when a record cannot be processed.

Custom CRM API integration

Use the CRM and destination APIs where standard connectors cannot represent the workflow. We first check the supported options so custom development is used for a real gap rather than by default.

Data mapping, validation and failure handling

Define identifiers, field mappings, duplicate behaviour and what should happen when a system is unavailable or data is invalid. If the underlying data problem is broader, our data analytics consulting services may be relevant.

Keep the technical route proportional to the problem. A custom integration should earn its maintenance cost. If the CRM vendor or another platform already provides a dependable connector for the workflow, we would rather use it than rebuild the same capability.

Before you enquire

The practical
questions.

When do we need custom CRM integration instead of a standard connector?

Use a standard connector when it reliably supports the workflow, fields and operating rules you need. Custom integration becomes relevant when the supported connector cannot represent important business rules, older systems or the required failure handling.

Can you connect a CRM to an ERP or internal application?

Yes, where the systems expose a workable interface or another safe integration route. We map ownership and update rules first because CRM-to-ERP projects fail quickly when both systems are allowed to become the source of truth for the same data.

Can you work with our existing CRM provider or implementation partner?

Yes. Galvia can focus on the integration engineering while an internal team, CRM specialist or implementation partner owns the wider CRM configuration and adoption work.

How do you prevent duplicate or conflicting customer records?

Duplicate prevention depends on identifiers, matching rules, ownership and how changes are processed. We make those rules explicit and design validation and failure handling around them rather than assuming a simple two-way sync is safe.

Can you integrate an older system that has limited API support?

Potentially. The route may involve an existing API, service layer, database integration or another supported interface. We investigate the constraints before choosing a method because limited access can materially change the scope.

What is the difference between CRM integration and CRM implementation?

CRM implementation covers selecting, configuring and adopting the CRM itself. CRM integration focuses on how the CRM exchanges data or actions with other systems. Galvia is positioning this service around the integration engineering rather than generic CRM consultancy.

Tell us where the customer data gets stuck

Which systems need to
agree on the same customer?

Tell us which CRM is involved, which systems need to connect and what people currently have to rekey or reconcile. We review each enquiry before arranging a call.

  • A person reviews the project before a call is arranged.
  • No passwords, API keys, customer records or other secrets in the form.
  • No work or fees are agreed by submitting this form.

Commercial conversations are led by Martin Naughton, Galvia’s founder and solution architect. Meet Martin.
